The festival will take place on October 2–4, 2026, at the Afyonkarahisar Motor Sports Center Festival Area. In addition to accommodating attending guests, Sinnada will host a special gala night and the fashion show **"Anatolians: The Timeless Journey of Felt"** featuring designer Fırat Neziroğlu's collection. **Coming with the Theme "Anatolia, Memory of Flavor"** Bringing the "City of Gastronomy" identity of UNESCO Creative Cities Network member Afyonkarahisar to the world, the festival will introduce elite flavors of Hittite and Phrygian civilizations, Ottoman Mevlevi cuisine, and traditional Afyon cuisine to visitors in a newly established gastronomy heritage corridor. Hundreds of chefs and gastronomy professionals from across Turkey, along with 53 chefs and guests from 21 countries, will participate. At the free-entry festival site, there will be 175 stands, workshops, tasting events, panels, competitions, and children's activities. **Anatolians Market Also at the Festival Area** Carried out under the auspices of First Lady Emine Erdoğan and coordinated by the Ministry of Industry and Technology General Directorate of Development Agencies, the "Anatolians Project" (*Anadoludakiler*)—which aims to highlight, protect, and utilize Anatolia's local production values for regional development—opens its doors to visitors alongside the festival at the Anatolians Market. Addressing Anatolia's agricultural production, culinary culture, and traditional crafts together, the market aims to promote local products and showcase the production knowledge, cultural heritage, and local economic potential behind them under the mottos **"Abundance, Accumulation, and Skill"**. **Multi-Faceted Support from Sinnada** Chefs, guests, and invitees attending the festival will be hosted with Sinnada's thermal comfort and 5-star service standard. Sinnada will also host the festival's special gala night, bringing together chefs from Turkish and world cuisines alongside prominent figures in the gastronomy world. **Thousand-Year-Old Felt Art Takes the Runway at Sinnada in the "Anatolians: The Timeless Journey of Felt" Fashion Show** One of the festival's most special events will be the Umay Women's Cooperative fashion show held at Sinnada on October 2. Inspired by the ancient lands of Afyonkarahisar, the collection blends thousand-year-old felt art with modern lines through the vision of famous designer Fırat Neziroğlu. Wool, blended with water, soap, and hard work and crafted strand by strand, transforms into timeless fashion reflecting the strength and hope of the women of Afyonkarahisar. The collection was brought to life with the support of the Zafer Development Agency as part of the Anatolians-SOGEP project. Umay Women's Cooperative describes the collection not merely as an ordinary fashion line, but as a story of patience, sisterhood, and handcrafted labor giving life to wool. **Concert Feast at the Festival** Organized under the slogan "Festival Mode ON", concerts will take place at the Motor Sports Center throughout the three-day event. The Afyonkarahisar Municipality City Orchestra will perform daily. - **October 2 (Friday):** Rotaband and Poizi - **October 3 (Saturday):** Ekin Uzunlar and İrem Derici - **October 4 (Sunday):** Merve Özbey and Zakkum The New Holiday Ritual - [ Concept ](https://sinnada.com/en/concept) - [ Accommodation ](https://sinnada.com/en/accommodation) - [ Wellbeing ](https://sinnada.com/en/spa-wellness) - [ Gastronomy ](https://sinnada.com/en/gastronomy) - [ Kids ](https://sinnada.com/en/experiences/childrens-activities) - [ Experiences ](https://sinnada.com/en/experiences) - [ Meetings & Events ](https://sinnada.com/en/meetings-and-events) - [ About Us ](https://sinnada.com/en/about-us) - [ Blog ](https://sinnada.com/en/blog) - [ News ](https://sinnada.com/en/news) - [ Gallery ](https://sinnada.com/en/gallery) - [ Sinnada Loyalty Club ](https://sinnada.com/en/loyalty) - [ Sustainability ](https://sinnada.com/en/sustainability) - [ Awards & Certificates ](https://sinnada.com/en/awards-certificates) - [ Policies ](https://sinnada.com/en/policies) - [ Contact ](https://sinnada.com/en/contact) [ ](https://www.facebook.com/sinnadaresort) [ ](https://www.instagram.com/sinnadaresort/) [ ](https://www.youtube.com/@SinnadaResort) [ ](https://www.linkedin.com/company/sinnadaresorts/) [ Hürriyet Mahallesi Atatürk Caddesi No:37/16 Merkez - Afyonkarahisar ](https://maps.app.goo.gl/ezsrfLfAq3Ndysoz7) [ info@sinnada.com](mailto:info@sinnada.com) [ +90 272 211 11 11]() Sinnada Hotels, 2026© [Policies](https://sinnada.com/en/policies) [Çerez Yönetimi](#) Graphx Agency ![](https://cdn.sinnada.com/images/menu-bg.jpg) [Türkçe](https://sinnada.com/tr/haberler/sinnada-resort-thermaland-8-uluslararasi-gastroafyon-da-gastronomi-ve-kulturun-bulusma-noktasi-oluyor) [English](https://sinnada.com/en/news/sinnada-resort-thermaland-becomes-the-meeting-point-of-gastronomy-and-culture-at-the-8th-international-gastroafyon) [Deutsch](https://sinnada.com/de/neuigkeiten/sinnada-resort-thermaland-wird-beim-8-internationalen-gastroafyon-zum-treffpunkt-von-gastronomie-und-kultur) [Russian](https://sinnada.com/ru/novosti/sinnada-resort-thermaland-stanovitsia-tockoi-vstreci-gastronomii-i-kultury-na-8-m-mezdunarodnom-festivale-gastroafyon) Türkiye's First Tropical Atmosphere Thermal & Spa Hotel - [Concept](https://sinnada.com/en/concept) - [Accommodation](https://sinnada.com/en/accommodation) - [Wellbeing](https://sinnada.com/en/spa-wellness) - [Gastronomy](https://sinnada.com/en/gastronomy) - [Pools](https://sinnada.com/en/pools) - [Meetings & Events](https://sinnada.com/en/meetings-and-events) - [Wedding Organizations](https://sinnada.com/en/wedding-organization) - [Experiences](https://sinnada.com/en/experiences) - [Offers](https://sinnada.com/en/offers) - [About Us](https://sinnada.com/en/about-us) - [Blog](https://sinnada.com/en/blog) - [News](https://sinnada.com/en/news) - [Gallery](https://sinnada.com/en/gallery) - [Sinnada Loyalty Club](https://sinnada.com/en/loyalty) - [Sustainability](https://sinnada.com/en/sustainability) - [Awards & Certificates](https://sinnada.com/en/awards-certificates) - [Policies](https://sinnada.com/en/policies) - [Contact](https://sinnada.com/en/contact) Hürriyet Mahallesi Atatürk Caddesi No:37/16 Merkez - Afyonkarahisar info@sinnada.com +90 272 211 11 11 Rezervasyon - [Concept](https://sinnada.com/en/concept) - [Accommodation](https://sinnada.com/en/accommodation) - [Wellbeing](https://sinnada.com/en/spa-wellness) - [Gastronomy](https://sinnada.com/en/gastronomy) - [Pools](https://sinnada.com/en/pools) - [Meetings & Events](https://sinnada.com/en/meetings-and-events) - [Wedding Organizations](https://sinnada.com/en/wedding-organization) - [Experiences](https://sinnada.com/en/experiences) - [Offers](https://sinnada.com/en/offers) - [About Us](https://sinnada.com/en/about-us) - [Blog](https://sinnada.com/en/blog) - [News](https://sinnada.com/en/news) - [Gallery](https://sinnada.com/en/gallery) - [Sinnada Loyalty Club](https://sinnada.com/en/loyalty) - [Sustainability](https://sinnada.com/en/sustainability) - [Awards & Certificates](https://sinnada.com/en/awards-certificates) - [Policies](https://sinnada.com/en/policies) - [Contact](https://sinnada.com/en/contact) [Türkçe](https://sinnada.com/tr/haberler/sinnada-resort-thermaland-8-uluslararasi-gastroafyon-da-gastronomi-ve-kulturun-bulusma-noktasi-oluyor) [English](https://sinnada.com/en/news/sinnada-resort-thermaland-becomes-the-meeting-point-of-gastronomy-and-culture-at-the-8th-international-gastroafyon) [Deutsch](https://sinnada.com/de/neuigkeiten/sinnada-resort-thermaland-wird-beim-8-internationalen-gastroafyon-zum-treffpunkt-von-gastronomie-und-kultur) [Russian](https://sinnada.com/ru/novosti/sinnada-resort-thermaland-stanovitsia-tockoi-vstreci-gastronomii-i-kultury-na-8-m-mezdunarodnom-festivale-gastroafyon) Reservation Check-in Date Check-out Date Number of Adults 1 2 3 4 5 6 Number of Children 0 1 2 3 Enter the birth date as DD/MM/YYYY.
